Committed to the Cause
As a result of our collaboration with Make Our Schools Safe (MOSS), we have selected a Core Team to join us as we embark on a student led school safety mission.
Jason, Luke, Eric and Brett are 4 of the 6 founding members of the newly formed MOSS Chapter at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School.
Luke Rothstein and Jason Halpern
Luke and Jason are both juniors at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School. Luke is a member of the Basketball team at Douglas and plays travel basketball as well. Jason is a member of the track team at Douglas. Luke and Jason are among the founding members of a new club this school year at Douglas, Make Our Schools Safe (MOSS). They are also members of the Health Science and Fitness clubs.
Eric Nacach
Eric is a junior at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School. Eric was among the group of friends recognized by the Mayor of Parkland in 2018 for donating the money raised from our t-shirt sales to purchase Stop the Bleed kits installed at Douglas High School. Eric is also among the founding members the new club at Douglas, Make Our Schools Safe (MOSS).
Brett Unger
Brett is a junior at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School. Brett was also among the friends recognized by the Mayor of Parkland for the monetary donation toward the purchase of the Stop the Bleed kits for Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School. Brett can be found leading the junior class, as a member of the Student Government. He also plays on the basketball team for Douglas. Brett too, is among the founding members of the Make Our Schools Safe (MOSS) club at Douglas.
